3. Products & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.
- Product images are for reference; minor variations in colour, finish, or dimensions can occur.
- Stock availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.
4. Orders
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products subject to acceptance by Star Packages.
- We may cancel or refuse an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.
5. Payments
- We may accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, and other methods shown at checkout.
- Orders above Rs. 4,999 may require a 50% advance payment.
- Custom printed orders typically require advance payment before production begins.
6. Custom / Printed Products
- By submitting logos or artwork, you confirm you own or have permission to use those materials.
- Custom production usually takes 7–10 working days before dispatch.
- Once production starts, custom orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through courier partners.
- Estimated delivery for standard stock orders is typically 3–5 business days to major cities.
- Delays caused by couriers, weather, or incorrect addresses are outside our direct control.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported promptly with supporting photos and your order number.
9. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, and product descriptions belonging to Star Packages may not be copied or reused without permission. Customer-submitted artwork remains the customer’s responsibility.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Packages is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
