At Star Packages, we want you to be satisfied with your packaging order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligible Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received damaged or defective products
- You received the wrong size, colour, or product
- Items are missing from your shipment
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom printed / customized packaging made to your artwork or specifications
- Opened consumable packing materials unless defective on arrival
- Orders cancelled after custom production has started

Our team will confirm whether a replacement, partial refund, or return is approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer after verification. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.
Advance Payments & Custom Orders
Advance payments on custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun. If we cannot fulfill an approved custom order, we will offer a replacement timeline or refund of unused advance amounts.
